OCTOBER 1, 2010 (LONDAY—DAY 5)

Our big adventure for October 1st was going to the childhood home of Verona in East London. We had just planned to take a picture of her standing in front of the door, but as we were doing so, a man came out of the door. When he and his family heard that Verona used to live there, we were invited inside. What a rare and delightful opportunity for all of us.
